AN 11-year-old boy who wants to be a Paralympian was among 40 visually impaired pupils who received school bags from the Malay, Chinese, Indian and Others Association (MCIO).

Syahmi Zakwaan Syaiful and his eight-year-old sister Nurul Insyirah, both from SK Pendidikan Khas Jalan Batu, and the others received the bags at the Malaysian Association for the Blind building last week.
