PROF Dr Pradeep Nair who is Taylor’s University deputy vice-chancellor, has received the rank of Officer for the l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques award, a national order of France for distinguished academics and figures in the world of culture and education.

Prof Pradeep received the award for his distinguished contributions and commitment in educational development, especially in the field of hospitality and tourism. Hélène Bernard who is the Rectrice of the L’Académie de Toulouse, presented the award on behalf of the French Minister of Higher Education & Research in a ceremony in Toulouse, France.
