Stepping up English lessons

Learning leap: Students from SMK St Mary, Selayang learning at their own pace at a demonstration Frog classroom set up at UTC Sentul as English teacher Judy Nalini Samuel (left) observes them.

THE Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) at Sentul here lived up to its name again as Sentul Raya Sdn Bhd ramped up its effort to improve English proficiency among underprivileged students in the area.

Last month, it launched its IT-enabled English programme at the Creative Learning and IT Centre (CLiC) located within the public library on the second floor of the UTC building.
