FOUR Taylor’s University culinology coursemates left their mark when they won the 2016 Research Chefs Association Student Culinology competition.

Nicholas Chan Li Wing, 23, Grace Tan Ming Huei, 23, Jason Wong Jun Yik, 23, and Alyssa Eng Hui Ling, 21, made history as they were the only Asians selected and the first ever to make it to the finals, making their victory more delectable.
