THE Higher Education Ministry will conduct a study taking into account the health and social aspects, before making a decision on whether to ban electronic cigarettes or vape in universities.
Its minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh said the study was necessary to gather different views before a decision was made. The stand taken had to be acceptable to all parties, he added.
