DR Chow Ming Fai who is a senior lecturer from Universiti Tenaga Nasional’s College of Engineering, was named one of the 27 winners of the Green Talents Award.
The award which is under the patronage of the German Research Minister Prof Johanna Wanka, provides a platform for young talents to share their views on green concepts and to make our world a better place.
