Need to teach unity in secondary schools


THE MIC has proposed that the Education Ministry improve the education modules for secondary schools in an effort to strengthen solidarity among students of different races and religions.

MIC president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said this was because all Tamil school students continued their education in secondary schools, seen as the most appropriate places to foster unity among students from the various school systems.
