Steep income rise for skills grads possible

TECHNICAL and vocational education and training (TVET) graduates earning about RM2,500 a month can expect a monthly salary of more than RM4,000. This is after working for just a few years.

Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh said such an income rise was possible. Students, he said should consider the TVET option in order to take up jobs that require a certain expertise.
