IT has been a carnival-like atmosphere at the Higher Education Ministry’s car park since Thursday as the nation’s higher education institutions came together to share their knowledge and innovations with the public.

It is all part of the inaugural Higher Education Week Malaysia (HEWM) 2015 which, among others, has showcased a myriad of activities under the purview of the ministry.
