Unhappy over new 'mode' for Form Six classes

MOST Form Six teachers and students in government secondary schools will know these terms “Mod 1”, “Mod2 “ and “Mod 3” by now.

Schools under Mode 1 will continue to run their Form Six classes without having to merge with other schools. Mode 2 schools will have to merge with other schools with Form Six classes and will eventually move on to Mode 3 where Form Six students will study in special pre-university colleges.
