SCHOOL counsellors and teachers must be more pro-active in tackling bullying among students, Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Rohani Abdul Karim said.
She said that merely punishing the students involved or the perpetrators alone was no longer a practical option as it had to be complemented by a continuous counselling process.
