IN conjunction with the Unesco World Book and Copyright Day celebrated worldwide, the English Language Teaching Centre (ELTC), Malaysia organised a four-day Outreach Carnival.
Its aim was to celebrate the use of the English Language through various fun and educational activities with school children, prospective teachers and ELT practitioners in line with the Education Ministry’s aspiration to strengthen the English Language.
