EDUCATION is a basic human right that is essential to individual dignity, but it also brings sustainability to all development as a force for positive transformation and for economic success, said the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) director-general Dr Irina Bokova.

“This is the spirit of the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013-2025, and it is an an ambitious agenda to foster inclusive and equitable development of education as the basis for higher economic growth,” she added at the Gallery Walk of the Malaysian Education Blueprint 2013-2025 at the Unesco’s headquarters recently.
