Datuk Anthony Cooper, an advisor at the Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (Ideas), has been awarded an honorary Doctorate of Laws from The University of Nottingham, United Kingdom (UK).
Ideas chief executive Wan Saiful Wan Jan said that both Cooper and his wife Datin Andrea Maiolla had been supporting the organisation intellectually and financially, even before the official launch of Ideas.
