DURING the session on careers in games development, Codemasters Studios Sdn Bhd technical art trainer Ivon Smith said the game industry is not a tradtional career pathway for school leavers.

Pointing at himself, Smith who came in a graphic T-shirt and jeans said: “You don’t need to dress in a suit and tie to be a video game developer, unless you want to of course!”
