UNIVERSITI Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and Plymouth State University (PSU) in the United States recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to initiate and implement international collaborative projects that cover research and development, academic development exchange, study visits and student exchange.
The ceremony was graced by UTAR Council chairman Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik, while the varsity’s president Prof Datuk Dr Chuah Hean Teik signed the agreement.
