TEACHERS are pleased that the Education Ministry has scrapped plans to carry out the nine-hour work day pilot project, which was supposed to be introduced next year.
National Union of the Teaching Profession (NUTP) president Hashim Adnan said the move proved that teachers’ voices were being taken seriously.
