TWO schools located in the interior of Sarawak — SK Ulu Lubai and SK Ba Kelalan have been named joint winners of the 2009 Commonwealth Education Good Practice Awards.
The schools, each with their limited facilities and financial constraints were able to make great strides because of the total involvement of the community.
