They did us proud


INTERNATIONAL Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) did the country proud when it won one bronze and four gold medals at the International Exhibition of Ideas-Inventions-New products (IENA) 2008 held in Nuremberg, Germany, recently. The medals were brought back by the academic staff from the Kulliyyah of Engineering.

Two of the gold medals were garnered by Assoc Prof Dr lis Sopyan while the other two gold medals were won by Assoc Prof Dr Md Zahangir Alam and Dr Maizirwan Mel respectively. The bronze medal came from Assoc Prof Dr Zahangir Alam.
