Honing English skills

SUNWAY University College (Sunway), together with the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Malaysia (Oxbridge), recently organised the sixth annual English Language event at its campus in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. The highlights of the event were a public speaking competition finals and essay writing contest.

The public speaking competition attracted 173 Forms Four and Five students. The students were invited to attend a training session entitled “Be an effective speaker” in April this year. Later, six finalists were selected.
