AN academic has proposed that practical and technical aspects of agriculture be included in the primary and secondary school co-curricular syllabus.
The move if implemented, would enable students who were really keen on the subject to become agricultural entrepreneurs, said Universiti Teknology Mara (UiTM) Perlis Coordinator for Commercial Research, Assoc Prof Dr Amran Awang. :He hoped that the module could be implemented under the 10th Malaysia Plan which will take effect for four years from 2011.
