Students to gain from rebranding

COMMUNITY college students in Penang may soon get the opportunity to work on the prestigious RM3bil Second Penang Bridge project, following a rebranding exercise to form smart partnerships with the corporate sector.

UEM World Bhd group chief executive officer-cum-managing director Datuk Ahmad Pardas Senin said the company, which has been entrusted to develop and operate the 24km-long bridge, was keen to recruit students to do part of their industrial training with them.
