IT WAS a new beginning for the Star Education Fund Alumni (Sefa) members at its second annual general meeting held at Menara Star recently.
A new beginning because Sefa co-founder and 1998 scholarship recipient Thirun Nadason was voted in as the president to lead the alumni, with 20 other committee members.
