AS YOU enter The One Academy of Communication Design (TOA) reception area, you will see life-size cutouts of characters from popular animated films including a huge plastic statue of Mr Incredible, one of Pixar’s most recognisable characters.
They are there because TOA students use them as learning tools. Those enrolled in digital animation also use the same software, called Alias Wavefront Maya used to create blockbuster movies like Jurassic Park, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Harry Potter, The Matrix trilogy and Pixar films.
