LONG hours – 8am to 5pm to be exact. That’s an average day for classes in med school, for the first two years anyway. After that it varies from between 8am to somewhere around 8pm. If we’re lucky, we get off at 5pm. Ask any of your non-medical friends if they have classes as long as these.
