StarEducation's Campus 2004 poll shows that students are discerning customers when shopping for a college education.  

ANY economist will tell you that in a buyer's market the consumer is king. With over 600 private and public institutions of higher learningto choose from in Malaysia, it is no surprise that students are more discerning.
