MONASH University Malaysia's (MUM) medical bioscience students are not only well-versed with the theoretical aspects of their course but also equally at home with the practical skills component. 

The reason for this is because its medical bioscience students have to attend a compulsory two-month clinical training stint at the end of their second year to expand on their work skills and to prepare them for the challenges of the workplace.
