PARLIAMENTARY secretary to the Education Ministry Komala Devi recently officiated Help Institute's second national English debate competition, the Datuk Paduka Dr Hajjah Saleha Debate Cup 2004.
A total of 32 teams, comprising about 130 secondary school students nationwide, are in the competition.
