HIGHER Education Minister Datuk Dr Shafie Mohd Salleh held dialogue sessions with representatives from both the public and private education sector recently.
In the meeting with vice-chancellors from 17 public universities (IPTA), the double major proposal, internationalisation, the commercialisation of research findings and the limited opportunities for promotion were some of the issues raised.
