THERE are always two sides to a story. In the case of private colleges and universities, their perennial complaint is that the National Accreditation Board (LAN) hampers their progress with unnecessary and restrictive conditions for course approvals.
In an interview with StarEducation recently, chief executive Datuk Dr Mohamed Suleiman says he is well aware of the complaints but has to be firm for the sake of quality.
