Raising children of the forest

CAN you imagine a future without forests? Horrors! To prevent this from happening, the Children Forest Program (CFP) was recently jointly launched by the Organisation for International, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement (OISCA-International) and SMK Bandar Utama Damansara (3) (SMKBUD) in Petaling Jaya.

OISCA-International, established in 1961, is a major international non-governmental organisation from Japan. SMKBUD principal Tan Wat Eng welcomed the five-year project as an opportunity for students to learn to cherish the environment.
