STUDENTS headed for tertiary education in the United Kingdom will have to obtain a UK Residence Permit (UKRP) from Nov 13 onwards, in a bid by the British government to curb the arrival of illegal migrants.
The ruling which affects 10 countries will be enforced for individuals who intend to reside in the UK for more than six months.
