FORM Six Mathematics and Science teachers who fail to teach the subjects in English will face “strict disciplinary action”, Education Minister Tan Sri Musa Mohamad has warned.
“Just because STPM (Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia) will be bilingual for the next five years, does not mean teachers can neglect teaching Mathematics and Science in English. Failure to do so amounts to teachers not carrying out their responsibility and we will definitely take strict disciplinary action against them,” Musa told reporters earlier this week.
