Shamsul still heads Mapcu

NILAI College president Tengku Shamsul Bahrin has retained his position as the president of the Malaysian Association of Private Colleges and Universities (Mapcu) following the association’s recent seventh annual general meeting.

However, while the presidency of the association remained unchanged, several stalwarts of the committee retired from their posts. Among them were Mapcu’s former deputy president Ramon Navaratnam and secretary-general Datuk Teo Chiang Liang who were replaced by Khoo Soo Peng of Taylor's College and Dr Lee Fah Onn of Inti College Malaysia respectively. International Medical University’s Mei Ling Young was elected deputy secretary-general.
