THE Senior Citizens’ Association Penang has asked the state to give a 10% reduction on the assessment rate for houses owned by senior citizens.
Its president Cheah Chooi Aik said he hoped the state would consider the reduction for houses bought by senior citizens 30 or 40 years ago.
