PASIR GUDANG: The Pasir Gudang Municipal Council (MPPG) hopes the installation of closed-circuit television cameras (CCTVs) within its jurisdiction will help reduce street crime.

Its president Md Za’nal Misran said that the CCTVs would be “their eyes” in deterring criminals including snatch thieves and pickpockets.
