KUALA LUMPUR: It is a race against time for the Crisis Relief Squad MCA (CRSM) members on its mission in Kelantan.
In Kota Baru, CRSM chief Datuk Luo Choon Hann and his members travelled in boats and waded in waist-high water to deliver food to flood victims trapped in their homes.
