NESTLED in the up-and- coming neighbourhood of Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, established developer See Hoy Chan Group is working on a new development called The Potpourri.

As the name suggests, the 2.89ha leasehold project is a mix of urban living and serenity that will appeal to young adults and families. The eight blocks are differentiated into lifestyle and family blocks.

Built-up areas in the lifestyle blocks will range from 525sq ft for studio apartments to 2,213sq ft for three-bedroom units. Units in the family blocks will range from 713sq ft studios to 2,440sq ft four-bedroom apartments. In total, there will be 743 units, — 578 in the lifestyle blocks and 165 in the family blocks.

The proximity of the project site to the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, shopping centres, schools, hospitals and other essential amenities provides convenience.

The area is already well connected via major highways such as the New Klang Valley Expressway, Federal Highway, Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong as well as Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang. The nearest public transport stations are Subang Jaya KTM and Kelana Jaya LRT.
