AGE is not an issue for 14-year-old foilist Lim Jin Quan, who finished eighth in the men’s Foil Junior World Cup Open category after defeating some experienced fencers along the way.

Describing himself as the underdog, Jin Quan said he was nervous during the Poule round of the tournament, in which he lost two of the four matches.
