Next year’s expenditure to focus on city folk’s needs


KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has announced a balanced budget of RM2.44bil for 2015 that is based on the “value for money” principle.

Mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib explained the principle as “paying more attention to ensuring the programmes carried out next year met the needs of the city folk”.
