AN ENVIRONMENTAL non-governmental organisation has criticised the Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex) preliminary environmental impact assessment (EIA), saying the report focuses only on carbon monoxide as the pollutant.
During its presentation to Petaling Jaya residents recently, Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide (Elaw) said the Kidex report did not consider other pollutants such as ozone (O3) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2).
