Fire and Rescue Department trucks rushed to put out a fire in Kampung Cempaka, Petaling Jaya, and were frustrated to find that the fire hydrants were dry.
Six semi-wooden houses in the neighbourhood were razed within an hour after the fire started at about 11am.
