THE Customs Department launched the Ops Pacak campaign in Tawau, Sabah, on Tuesday as the next phase of its crackdown on the sale of smuggled cigarettes in the country.

The first wave of the Customs Department’s war against illegal cigarettes started in March when it activated Ops Outlet that focused on selected retailers nationwide.
