Victim had quarrel with suspect night before he was shot dead

SIBU: The 36-year old Filipino who was shot dead by his countryman at an oil palm estate 60km from here had a quarrel with the suspect on the night before the incident took place.

The victim, Arnel Wjae Dela Cruz had a heated argument with the suspect due to a misunderstanding on the control of the company’s fuel and lack of supply of spare parts for the heavy machinery.
