PERAK Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir believes the state will achieve a surplus budget despite announcing a RM50.06mil deficit for the 2015 state budget.
Dr Zambry said based on past experiences, the state could end next year with a surplus given that the economic landscape continues to be encouraging.
