EARLY birds arrived in droves to hand in their 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) 2015 forms at the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) office in Beach Street, George Town.

The long queue caused traffic congestion as cars pulled over to drop or pick up passengers in Beach Street, Penang.
