Save lives by donating blood and pledging to be an organ donor

KUCHING: A blood and organ donation campaign will be held on the Nov 29 and 30 at Cityone from 10.30am to 3pm.

The donation is held in conjunction with the Sarawak ICT Fair 2014 by the Kuching Computer Business Association, Malaysian Red Crescent and Lodge International School.

There will also be a health screening activity on Nov 30 the medical staff of Normah Hospital.

The “No To HIV” colouring competition will commence on Nov 29 from 2pm to 5pm pm at Cityone. This competition is open to children between seven and 12 years old.

The aim of this campaign is to promote the danger of HIV in conjunction with the World AIDS Day among the future generation.

The organising committee hopes this meaningful colouring activity could reinforce the young generation to reflect and express their vision on prevention of HIV through art.
