KUANTAN: Police here have crippled three gangs specialising in the theft of cables and electrical goods.

Kuantan OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Aziz Salleh said the first success saw the arrests of two siblings, aged 32 and 39, in Kampung Jaya Gading.
