WARMING up before a run is essential as simple stretching, light jogging paces to limber up the joints and breathing exercises can allow an elite runner or recreational jogger to achieve better performance.
The Selangor Amateur Athletics Association (POAS), which is organising the much-awaited PJ Half Marathon on Dec 7, have advised all to warm up before the run.
