THE Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) and the Ipoh City Council will conduct a test run on an animal neutering programme early next month.

ISPCA president Ricky Soong said the “Track, Neuter, Release” programme would see some 20 to 30 cats and dogs from its shelter spayed or neutered and released to study its viability in lowering the amount of stray animals in the city.
